It was so nice to see you again. I'm glad you liked the plans I proposed for the library. The soft rose color you chose for the carpet will look wonderful with the chestnut paneling and will tie in very nicely with the rest of the downstairs.
As usual, I've enclosed two copies of the contract detailing the cost of the materials (carpeting, window treatments, wallpaper, paint, and furnishings) and projected costs for the labor involved. Please sign and return one copy to me along with a check for the indicated deposit so that I may start ordering the materials as soon as possible. The other copy is for your records.
